Dr. Chen is Chief Physician, Professor, and Master Supervisor of Xiangya School of Medicine of Central South University, Director of Cardiovascular Department of Haikou People's Hospital.

He is Chairman of the Professional Committee of Cardiology of Hainan Medical Association,  and Member of National Standing Committee of the Professional Committee of Psychosomatic Medicine of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Member of the Standing Committee of Hainan Cardiovascular Society.

Dr. Chen is good at diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and interventional treatment of heart diseases, especially in the treatment of arrhythmias.
