Dr. Anup De is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Physical Education and Sports Science in Chandrapur College, The University of Burdwan, West Bengal, India.

Dr. De was a former Junior and Senior Research Fellow of University Grant Commission, Govt. of India. He has completed PhD. in Physical Education and Sports Science from the renowned central university of India, Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan, West Bengal, which was founded by the great poet, novelist, dramatist, writer, and furthermore Nobel Laureate Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore, who was the composer and writer of Indian National Anthem Jana Gana Mana. Dr. De has received Gold Medal award for first class first in Master Degree in West Bengal State University, West Bengal, India.

Currently Dr. De is an active member of many more different organizations, associations. Dr. De has published more than 20 research articles in different journals which are indexed by different global databases like PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science etc. He has participated and presented in more than 60 seminars, conferences, workshops, faculty development programmes for promoting different aspects of research in the field of sports science, sports medicine, exercise science, exercise physiology, neuropsychology, brain function etc. He has also been attached with the 25 different indexed journals as a Reviewer and Editorial Board member.
