Dr. Liu is Chief Physician and Director of Psycho-Cardiology Center of Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University, Distinguished Visiting Professor and a Doctoral Supervisor of Wuhan University.

She is Chairman of Psycho-Cardiology for Beijing Medical Association, Member and Team Leader of Cardiological Doctor for Psycho-Cardiology Team of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Team Leader of Psycho-Cardiology Team of Cardiological Doctor for Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, Vice Chairman of Psychosomatic Medicine for Chinese Association for Mental Health, Vice Chairman of Psychosomatic Medicine for Chinese Medical Doctor Association.

She has conducted Psycho-Cardiology Program which studies cardiological and mental comorbidity, the Chinese National Project “From Heart Health to Mental Health” and Chinese Women Psycho-Cardiological Health Program of All-China Women’s Federation.

Dr. Liu is chiefly engaged in the research of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, hypertension, heart failure, hyperlipidemia, arrhythmia, severe cardiovascular diseases, and psycho-cardiological treatment of complex cardiovascular diseases related to emotion and psychology. She is the author of over 150 medical publications, including over 50 book chapters and over 100 medical articles.
