Dr. Nicolas Foin is Adjunct Assoc. Professor at the Duke-NUS Medical School Singapore. He has co-founded several companies and worked with several large and small technology companies on new product developments, investment strategy and market development for new devices and software applications.

Since 2021, He has been working at Wondr Medical, a Medical Professional Education community, as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, supporting the company growth plan and first equity fundraising.

He completed his MSc and a PhD fellowship in Cardiovascular Science and Engineering at the Imperial College and Hospitals London. He joined the National Heart Centre Singapore in 2013, setting-up and leading the Medtech Theme as PI, with a focus on bench to bedside research, imaging and innovations to treat of heart diseases.

He is passionate by innovations and driven by having an impact on clinical care. He has published more than 160 publications, editorials, patents and book chapters in the field of cardiovascular technologies and has received several international awards for innovation and research contributions.
