Dr. Bai is Chief Physician of the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, Deputy Director of geriatric department. She is Member of cardiovascular branch of Chinese Geriatric Society, Member of the Standing Committee of grassroots cardiopulmonary prevention and Rehabilitation Committee of China Heart Federation. She serves as Vice Chairman of Committee of Psychosomatic Medicine of Shanxi Medical Association.

Dr. Bai is good at the diagnosis and treatment of various common diseases of the cardiovascular system and good at clinical diagnosis and treatment of psycho-cardiovascular diseases.
