Dr. Fang is Director of the mental health center of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, Director of the diagnosis and treatment center for children's behavior disorders in Ningxia, and Director of the department of psychiatry and psychology of Ningxia Medical University.

Dr. Fang once studied in the school of psychology of McGill University in Canada and edited four national textbooks; she presided over several national, provincial, and ministerial scientific research projects and published many scientific research papers. She has long been engaged in clinical medicine, teaching, and scientific research of psychiatry and psychology and has rich theoretical and practical experience. She is an expert in diagnosing and treating insomnia, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psycho-cardiology problems, and various mental and psychological diseases. In addition, she is good at counseling children's behavior and marriage/family problems.
