Wei Yue
The main research interests of Dr. Yue are focused on epilepsy and other neurological paroxysmal diseases, neurological infections, and cerebrovascular diseases. He received education at Peking Union Medical College Hospital and the University of Texas in the United States. They have specialized in the prevention, diagnosis, preoperative evaluation, and comprehensive drug and non-drug treatment of refractory epilepsy, accumulating extensive experience in treating stroke and difficult neurological diseases.
In addition, he holds several positions in various professional organizations, including standing member and deputy secretary-general of the Young and Middle-aged Expert Committee of the Stroke Prevention and Control Project of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, member of the Youth Council of the China Anti-epilepsy Association, standing member of the Youth Council of the China Stroke Association, member of the Neuroinfectious Diseases Professional Committee of the Neurophysician Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, member of the Cerebrovascular Disease Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Association, member of the Neurodegenerative Diseases Professional Committee of the Chinese Microcirculation Society, member of the Executive Committee of the China Association for the Promotion of Anti-Aging, executive member of the General Medicine Branch of the Beijing Society of Neurology, and executive member and deputy secretary-general of the Tianjin Anti-epilepsy Association, among others.
