Dr. Huang is Chief Physician, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor and Vice President of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang of Chinese Medical University. He is the Member of the Standing Committee of cardiovascular disease branch of Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine, member of cardiovascular intervention branch of Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine. 

He serves as Chairman of Cardiology Branch of Zhejiang Association of Chinese Medicine, and Vice Chairman of cardiovascular branch of Zhejiang Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.

He has been engaged in clinical work of cardiovascular diseases for 30 years. He has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, various arrhythmias and hypertension. He is good at cardiovascular interventional therapy, radiofrequency ablation and implantation of cardiac pacing defibrillator.
