Dr. Yang is Director of Nephrology Department, Tianjin Medical University. She is a member of the Endocrinology Physician Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the Diabetes professional Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association, the Endocrine professional Committee of the Tianjin Institute of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine,    Endocrinology Physician Branch of the Tianjin Medical Association.

Dr. Yang is Editorial Board Member of Chinese Journal of Diabetes Mellitus, International Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism, and Diabetes Care Chinese Edition. She presided and participated over 10 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, won 2 second prized of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award. Over 70 academic articles have been published , and 37 articles have been published in SCI journal, such as Gut, Diabetes Care and J Endocrinology. The impact factor of Prof. Yang is 141, while the total number of citations is 195.
