Dr. Liu is Vice president of The First Hospital of Hebei Medical University, Director of Heart Center. He is awarded as “a Shengguan Expert” who enjoyed special government allowances of Hebei Province. He has been mainly engaged in basic and clinical research of pacing electrophysiology.
