Dr. Jiang is Director and Chief Physician of Medical Psychology Department of the First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital.

She serves as the Consultation expert of the health care committee of the Central Military Commission, Vice Chairman of the 7th Committee of Psychosomatic Medicine branch of Chinese Medical Association, and Vice Chairman of Psychosomatic Medicine Professional Committee of Chinese Association for Mental Health.
