Dr. Yang is Director of the cardiology department of China-Japan Union Hospital, Director of the internal medicine teaching and Research Office, Vice Chairman of the Science Association of Jilin University, and Director of the Jilin Institute of cardiovascular diseases.

Dr. Yang presided over 55 scientific research projects, such as the general projects of the Natural Science Foundation,  the innovation fund of the Ministry of science and technology, and the overseas study fund of the Ministry of health. She published more than 70 SCI papers and won 2 first prizes and 2 second prizes for provincial scientific and technological progress.

Dr. Yang is proficient in common and frequently occurring diseases in cardiology. She is an expert in diagnosing and treating complex and critical diseases and has rich clinical experience. Over decades, she has been committed to research on the mechanism of coronary heart disease and heart failure and the exploration in the direction of precision medicine.
