Dr. Zhao is Vice President of the Inner Mongolia People’s Hospital, Director of the heart center, a professional and technical level II Professor, and an expert who enjoy the special allowance of the State Council.

Dr. Zhao is a member of the cardiovascular branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the expert committee of the cardiovascular branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Council of the Chinese Doctor Association, a member of the Standing Committee of the cardiovascular physician branch of the Chinese Doctor Association, a member of the Standing Committee of the Heart Failure Committee of the Chinese Doctor Association, a member of the Standing Committee of the hypertension Professional Committee of the Chinese Doctor Association.

He is also Vice Chairman of the China Chest Pain Center Alliance, Vice Chairman of the China Heart Failure Center Alliance, the vice chairman of China atrial fibrillation Federation,  a member of the National Cardiovascular expert committee, Chairman of the cardiovascular branch of Inner Mongolia Medical Association, and President of the cardiovascular physician branch of Inner Mongolia Doctor Association.
