Dr. He is Honorary Chairman of psychiatric branch of Shanghai Medical Association and Vice Chairman of Medical Science Popularization Committee of Shanghai Women Doctors Association. She is Vice Chairman of professional committee of the national women's mental health of China Maternal and Child Health Association, Member of mental health branch of China Medical Promotion Association, Advisory Member of the second professional committee of mental health and psychiatry of the Cross-strait Medical Exchange Association.
